Our unique and beautiful shop is a small privately owned business located in the Old Town of Hastings in East Sussex. Our address is 82 High Street Old Town Hastings TN34 3EL. Our products:
All the products available on line have been made with care and lots of passion. All of us at Made in Hastings are very proud of our craft. We always seek excellence and the highest quality in any item created. Due to the handmade nature of our goods, slight variations might occur between the actual product and the one featured on the picture. We cannot guarantee uniformity. (We actually like this !) Every item is unique.
Prices:
We reserve the right to increase prices without noticication. This changes might be due to the change of material cost or the availablity of the material. Please note that our price may differ from the prices in our shop in Hastings.
Postage & Packaging prices:

Returns and refund:
We will exchange or refund any items you are not happy with as long as the goods are returned in the original condition within seven days of receipt. If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your Post Office. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if there is a fault with the item. Registered Post is recommended to return goods as we will not refund an item broken or lost in transit. Please let us know by phone or e-mail before sending the item back to us. Made in Hastings take all their orders very seriously. We will do our very best to satisfy all our customers.
